My bridge story started when my work story ended with a premature retirement due to chronic health issues. I felt worthless and needed something to occupy my mind.
“Why don’t you try bridge?”, suggested my sister.
“Nah, too complicated”.
“Not at all, just try with some online game and a little booklet, you’ll like it”

…and I was hooked.
After 6 months of practicing online I joined a bridge club and then another and another. I never got bored. So now I spend my days trying to improve my card game.
I memorize 52 cards, decode a secret language no one is allowed to speak out loud, and then sit in complete silence while mentally screaming at my partner.
This site is just an attempt to put some order in all the new and exciting knowledge I am putting together about the game of contract bridge. An endless work in progress for endless fun.
